Easter Weekend at Blenheim Palace
Blenheim Palace will be transformed between 30th March and 2nd April as Easter Weekend is fast approaching. As part of the entertainment planned by the palace, there will be a giant Easter egg hunt, a puppet show, face painting and a bouncy castle. The Easter egg hunt definitely stands out thanks to its eight foot tall eggs that will be laid out all around the parkland and pleasure gardens. Don’t forget to buy your park and garden admission entry to be able to enjoy all the Easter fun! This is probably one of the best Easter holiday activities Oxfordshire has to offer so don’t miss out.
Easter Egg Hunt at Abingdon Abbey Buildings
Right in the city centre of Abingdon, you will be able to join the Easter egg hunt. On Easter Sunday at 11am, your kids can enjoy a great egg hunt topped by additional prizes if they find the Golden eggs. The hunt will be split into two groups depending on the age of your children so everyone has equal chances to win – after the egg hunt children will receive souvenirs to remind them of this great Easter weekend.
Special shopping offers at Bicester Village
If you’re planning to stay away from chocolate and want to indulge in retail therapy instead this Easter weekend, head to Bicester Village from 30th March to 2nd April. A wide range of luxury boutiques will have special Easter discounts such as Longchamp (an additional 30% off on a selection of lines) and Pandora (spend £99+ and receive a gift from the jewellery shop).
Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at Greys Court
Located in the Chiltern Hills, Greys Court is a stunning country house located less than 30 miles south west of the Oxford Abingdon Hotel. This Easter, Greys Court is offering plenty of activities to keep your kids entertained. These include the famous Cadbury Easter Egg hunt from the 30th March to the 2nd April and an Easter celebration meal at the house.
